Regulation for Event Visitors

VISITOR REGULATIONS FOR THE TIME TO WATCHES EVENT

These Visitor Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) establish the rules to be followed by anyone (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor”) wishing to attend the Time to Watches Event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) organized by Time to Watches Sàrl (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). By accessing the Event, Visitors fully accept these Regulations.

1. THE EVENT

The Event is primarily dedicated to creative and innovative watch brands, bringing together professionals, media representatives, VIPs, and the public.

2. VENUE AND SCHEDULE

The Event’s venue, dates, and hours are published on the official website (www.timetowatches.com) and are subject to change. Visitors are responsible for regularly checking this information.

3. E-TICKETS

Access to the Event is conditional upon presenting a valid E-ticket.

E-tickets can be obtained:
• By purchasing online on the official website (www.timetowatches.com) at the listed prices, or
• Through accreditation issued by an exhibitor or the Organizer.

Each E-ticket is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable, even in cases of loss or theft. It must be presented in a readable format, either digitally on a mobile device or as a printed paper copy.

Entry to the Event may be denied if the E-ticket is unreadable, damaged, or invalid. In case of issues, the Visitor must contact the Organizer for resolution.

4. PERSONAL DATA

Visitor data is collected and processed in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (nLPD). It is used exclusively for Event management purposes, including E-ticket issuance, communication with Visitors, and security.

The Privacy Policy, available on the official website (www.timetowatches.com), is an integral part of these Regulations. It outlines the processing methods, security measures, and Visitors’ rights.

In accordance with the law, Visitors have the right to access, correct, delete, and oppose the processing of their personal data. Requests can be sent to the Organizer at the following address: privacy@timetowatches.com.

5. SECURITY

Visitors must comply with all safety instructions issued by the Organizer and relevant authorities (police, fire brigade, etc.) on-site.

Bringing dangerous, flammable, explosive, or illegal items into the Event premises is strictly prohibited.

The premises are under video surveillance for security reasons. Recordings are kept for a maximum of 7 days, unless an incident requires extended retention. Visitors can exercise their rights regarding video data by contacting the Organizer at privacy@timetowatches.com.

Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and similar products, is strictly prohibited inside the Event premises.

Animals are not allowed, except with prior written approval from the Organizer.

6. CLOAKROOM

A free cloakroom is available for storing clothing, bags, suitcases, and motorcycle helmets. The cloakroom is self-service and unsupervised by the Organizer or its staff.

Visitors are solely responsible for depositing and retrieving their belongings. The Organizer disclaims all liability for loss, theft, or damage to deposited items, including items left in pockets or personal effects.

Visitors are strongly advised not to leave valuables (jewelry, watches, electronic devices, etc.) in the cloakroom. Items left remain the sole responsibility of their owner.

By using the cloakroom, Visitors accept the terms outlined in this clause. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for incidents or disputes related to cloakroom usage, including misuse or negligence.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Visitors do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the products, brands, or services presented at the Event, which remain the exclusive property of their owners. Capturing content (photos, videos, recordings) is prohibited without prior written approval from the Organizer.

In case of intellectual property disputes between exhibitors or between an exhibitor and a third-party Visitor, the Organizer accepts no responsibility. Such disputes must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at mediation@timetowatches.com to arrange a mediation session with a neutral mediator designated by the Organizer.

Mediation costs are borne by the parties involved, with a flat fee of CHF 3’500.- (excluding tax), payable in advance. This fee covers administrative and organizational costs.

Visitors attempting to resolve disputes directly with exhibitors during the Event or disrupting its proceedings may be expelled under Article 9 of these Regulations, with no refund or compensation.

8. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

All commercial activities, distribution of promotional materials, product sales, or service promotions within the Event are strictly prohibited without the Organizer’s prior written consent.

Visitors and exhibitors wishing to engage in such activities must obtain specific written authorization and comply with the conditions set by the Organizer.

In case of non-compliance, the Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including immediate expulsion of the offender or confiscation of unauthorized materials, without refund or compensation.

9. LIABILITY

The Organizer disclaims all liability for bodily, material, or moral damages caused by Visitors, exhibitors, or any third party during the Event.

Use of Event services and facilities, including the free self-service cloakroom, is at the sole responsibility of the Visitors.

The Organizer is not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of other Visitors, exhibitors, or third-party service providers at the Event.

The Organizer is not responsible for losses, thefts, or damages suffered by Visitors, including those related to the use of Event facilities or independent third-party services.

10. EXPULSION

Disruptive, aggressive, illegal behavior or actions endangering the safety of others, or any violation of these Regulations, may result in the Visitor’s immediate expulsion.

Expulsion decisions are made at the reasonable discretion of the Organizer or authorized staff. Expelled Visitors will not receive refunds or compensation, and further actions, including involving relevant authorities, may be taken.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure, defined as any unforeseeable external event beyond the parties’ control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, terrorism, etc.) that makes the Event impossible to organize or maintain under normal conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Event.

In such cases, the Organizer will not be liable for any claims for compensation, refunds, or indemnities. The Organizer will endeavor, where possible, to propose an alternative or reschedule the Event but offers no guarantees.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Regulations. Amendments will not apply retroactively to Visitors who accepted the terms before their publication.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

In case of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the French version and any translation of these Regulations, the French version shall prevail and be binding.

These Visitor Regulations are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its private international law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any disputes relating to these Regulations are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Canton of Geneva, subject to appeal to the Federal Tribunal.
